Meeting Today – Fall Mission Trip: There will be an information meeting following the morning service in room WC-1.  There will be Group Preparation manuals for all to see. We would like final commitments at that time, and some sort of deposit. We would like all funds in by September 1. The cost will be $500 per person. FCC Member Business Directory: Are you a business owner or service provider and also a member or regular attender? Would you like an opportunity to reach our congregation to use your services at no cost to you? Next Sunday

Homeless Ministry: Next Sunday is the collection day for the Homeless Lunch pantry.  A list of items needed is available at the Information Counter. Please drop off your donations at the designated table in the lobby.

Haiti Mission Trip Meeting: June 14, meet immediately after service in room WC-1 for information regarding a potential late Summer trip.


Students: Beginning Sunday, June 14, current 5th graders have the option of going to all middle school activities, programs and classes. Current 8th graders can enjoy all middle and high school activities. Graduating seniors can remain a part of THRIVE through Summer. Stop by the Information Counter or contact Sam Pepper, Youth Pastor, with any questions you may have.

Missions Trip Scholarship: If you would like to contribute towards a scholarship to help send someone on one of our upcoming mission trips (late Summer – Haiti, Fall – Appalachia) please clearly mark “Mission Scholarship” on your check, envelope or online giving.

Upcoming Events

Lunch Bunch: Thursday, June 25, we will meet for lunch at Buca di Beppo (Edison Mall – west entrance, 4125 Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers). Please sign up at the Events Counter, so we can get a count. All ages are welcome!

North American Christian Convention: June 23-26, Cincinnati. Great Speakers, Study, Worship and Youth and Women’s Conference, along with an exhibit floor with Christian resources. Flyers available at the Information Counter in the lobby. Our offices will be closed that week.

Lake Aurora Preferred Dates: Pick up registration forms and “Aurora Bucks” at the Student Ministry Counter in the lobby. Grades 3,4,5, Hillside, July 5-8 (H345) with  Lorraine Gutheim. Grades 7,8,9, Lakeside, August 2-7 (L789B) with Sam Pepper (co-dean).

Great Fall Trip Scheduled: October 11-17, 2015, as our 55+ group travels to the scenic Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge. Enjoy the changing colors of the leaves! Tours, shows and activities scheduled. A great price at $550/person, double occupancy. A $75 deposit is required to reserve your spot! Sign up and information available at the Events Counter in the lobby.  All ages are welcome.
