Then they said to each other, “We’re not doing right. This is a day of good news and we are keeping it to ourselves. “ 2 Kings 7:9
“We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us.” 1 John 1:3
“I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes.” Romans 1:16
Primary Reasons We Don’t SPEAK UP
- We feel unqualified.
- We are afraid they won’t believe us.
- We don’t sense the urgency.
II Kings 6-7
The Bad News
Trapped without Hope
The Good News
Someone SPOKE UP.
- Awareness must come – “We’re not doing right”.
- The strength is the news – not the messenger.
- We have what people need:
Nourishment to spiritually starving.
Freedom to spiritually enslaved.
- Someone not believing does not change our story.
Someone you know, does not know Jesus. Pray for an opportunity to SPEAK UP.
